RGM GROUP COMPANIES

HISTORY

Created in 1988 by Gérard MERLE, a DUCELLIER-VALEO employee, CEC (Centre Europe Conditionnement) is the first company of the RGM group.

Following the purchase of Electro Mécanique Picot and the creation of Provence Conditionnement, the RGM Holding Company was founded in 1991.

In order to equip the different companies within the RGM group with the latest IT technology and offer an information exchange service to its customers, the RGM group becomes a partner in 2003 in the creation of the LGT group, specialized in industrial and commercial IT.
